women with over sized boobs

These days, you can almost completely repair our bodies, with skin graph , silicone , whatever , anything you want to do to improve your looks, now you can.

Of course that has been known a long time now, my question is now to certain women...

Women who have humongous boobs, how do you deal with that.?

I mean, this must be some hard on the back, when you can't even see the ground you walk on when you look down???

Why so huge? It don't look attractive at all, so why bother adding silicone again and again????

I am a boob and leg man myself, but I do have limits, stuff like Dolly Pardon used to have and the humongous boobs some others have, are just to big....
