Manila has had it's share of floods (baha, as they are known) but never before has the city seen anything like this. This very latest tropical depression (international name Ketsana, nicknamed "Ondoy" did more damage to my own country than I had ever seen. Houses, cars, walls, everything was swept away in one quick flash flood. Parts that were never flooded before were washed away by flooding.
